The SOCAscore - Sample Report

The SOCAscore report shows an assessment of each of the 35 key skills. We also provide an overall assessment of Technical and Managerial skills coupled with Behavioural and Personality traits. All of these are shown as percentages. The SOCAscore itself is also a percentage aggregating the 35 key sales skills. The SOCAscore is then used to suggest typical sales jobs for which candidates possess adequate skills. These are not designed to be exclusive but act as a meaningful guideline for employers assessing candidate suitability to either current or prospective roles.

The SOCAscore - Further Analysis

SOCA consultants will be delighted to discuss individual candidate SOCAscore results with you. They are on hand to assist test result recipients in further analysing SOCAscore results. Whilst this service is additional our clients find that there is significant value in having test results individually analysed together with recommendations on career, training and other development.
